We’re looking for a UX Designer who can take ownership of journeys, apply sound design judgement and work confidently across teams. This is an IC2-level role for someone who’s beyond entry-level UX and ready for real autonomy. You won’t be managing people, but you will be trusted to shape solutions, influence decisions and improve how our digital experiences work end to end. If you enjoy solving problems thoughtfully and balancing user needs with commercial reality, this could be a strong next step.
You’ll design clear, intuitive user journeys across our websites and digital products, ensuring experiences are usable, accessible and commercially effective. You’ll own UX work from discovery through to delivery — using research, data and insight to inform your decisions and explain your reasoning clearly to others. You’ll work closely with Web Development, SEO, Paid Media, Content and Operations to ensure designs are practical, buildable and aligned with how the business actually operates. You’ll test ideas, iterate based on feedback and continuously improve experiences rather than aiming for perfection first time. You’ll contribute to consistency and quality across our digital estate, raising the UX bar through your work and influence, not hierarchy.

FLEXIBILITY THAT WORKS
We’re a Cardiff-based tech company focused on making moving home easier and less stressful. You’ll join a collaborative, supportive team that values clear thinking, consistency and people who take ownership of their work. No weekend work. No bank holidays. And never a Christmas or New Year in the office again.
Send us your CV and a short note explaining why this role feels like the right fit. Our process includes a short screening call followed by two interview stages.
We welcome applications from everyone — especially ethnic minorities, disabled and neurodivergent candidates, LGBTQ+ talent and women in under-represented roles. If you meet most but not all criteria, we’d still encourage you to apply. If you need adjustments or support during the recruitment process, just ask — we’ll make it work.
