At Clove, we’re combining trusted advisors with technology to close the advice gap and help people make smarter decisions with their money. As one of our first hires, you’ll shape how advice works for today - personal, accessible, and built around real lives.

Your background

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, ideally across both consumer-facing apps and internal/advisor tools.
• A portfolio that shows strong UX thinking, clear structure, and a sharp eye for visual craft.
• Skilled in end-to-end design - from research and ideation to polished UI.
• Confident working autonomously but thrives on collaboration with product, engineering, and content.
• Experience in fintech, productivity tools, or regulated environments is a plus.
• Bonus: you’ve helped shape early-stage design systems or mobile-first experiences.

Your impact

• Design the core Clove experience across iOS, advisor web tools, and internal systems.
• Create trustworthy, elegant, and efficient flows that balance human and digital interaction.
• Own and evolve our design system, visual language, and interaction patterns.
• Work closely with product and engineering to turn ideas into thoughtful, high-quality products.
• Collaborate with advisors, ops, and content teams to ensure every touchpoint feels consistent and clear.
• Push the craft - from micro-interactions to end-to-end journeys - and raise the design bar as we grow.
