Were seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our Vincent team focused on research and knowledge experiences. Vincent combines a global legal database with cutting-edge AI to help legal professionals surface insights, conduct deep research, and manage complex knowledge at scale. Your work will directly shape how enterprise legal teams engage with AI-powered research tools, making sophisticated legal intelligence accessible and actionable. This role is based in the UK. If you are local to one of our hubs (Manchester, London, or Dublin) you will be expected to be in office minimum two days per week for our Anchor Days.

Design plays an integral role at Clio, making up one of the three pillars of our Research and Development organization alongside Product Management and Engineering. Product designers directly engage in researching the behaviors and needs of our users. They act as user experience champions as we work to transform the way that lawyers and their staff provide services to their clients. The expected salary range for this role is £73,100 to £86,100 to £99,100 GBP. There are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency. Our salary bands are designed to reflect the range of skills and experience needed for the position and to allow room for growth at Clio. For experienced individuals, we typically hire at or around the midpoint of the band. The top portion of the salary band is reserved for employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. Those who are new to the role may join below the midpoint and develop their skills over time. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
