Were seeking a Product Design Manager to lead design across our Enterprise segment. This is a rare opportunity to shape the design direction of a category-defining product at the forefront of AI and legal technology. Our Enterprise offerings cover Vincent, Clios AI-powered legal intelligence platform, and Operate, our enterprise-grade practice and matter management platform. This role is available to candidates across Canada (excluding Quebec) and the US. If you are located near one of our hubs (Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto), you will be expected to work in the office a minimum of twice per week on our designated Anchor Days.
As part of Clios Enterprise division, this role sits at the heart of our most ambitious growth story. Clio Operate and Vincent together form a category-defining product suite that is enabling untethered growth for legal clients worldwide. Operate grew revenue by ~100% in 2025, and Vincent is accelerating fast. This is a player-coach role. Youll lead a talented team of product designers, working closely with Product and Engineering to deliver intelligent, human-centered experiences that meet the sophisticated needs of enterprise legal professionals. Youll also roll up your sleeves and dive into design yourself, as part of a broader entrepreneurial cross-functional team. As part of the design management team, youll be a key player in advancing design maturity across Vincent as the product scales globally.

The expected salary range for this role is $150,000 to $187,500 to $225,000 CAD. There are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency. Our salary bands are designed to reflect the range of skills and experience needed for the position and to allow room for growth at Clio. For experienced individuals, we typically hire at or around the midpoint of the band. The top portion of the salary band is reserved for employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. Those who are new to the role may join below the midpoint and develop their skills over time. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
