This is the first dedicated design hire for an early-stage neurotechnology company. You wont be inheriting a design system or style guide — youll be building them from scratch. Youll work directly with the founding team to own the full design surface: from early concept exploration through shipped product. The company is building a genuinely new product category in the cognitive health space that doesnt have an established design language yet. Youll shape what gets built, not just how it looks.
