As an integral part of the CIBCs Digital Platforms and Client Engagement groups Frontline Experience team, and reporting to the Sr. Manager, User Experience, the Sr. UX Designer will support and facilitate the development of CIBC Frontline experience across multiple digital properties.
The Sr. UX Designer is a master storyteller, user experience evangelist and creative problem solver. You can drive design objectives and deliver innovative concepts while maintaining brand & design standards to ensure cross-site consistency. Youre passionate about inclusive design, usability and performance. You enjoy keeping abreast on the latest design trends as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal design solutions and a cohesive/compelling experience for our clients.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. Youll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where youll spend 1-2 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
You have education and/or 8+ years of experience in Digital Design, UX Design and/or Visual Design, Human Computer Interaction or equivalent and have experience coordinating and leading Design Thinking Workshops at large scale with multidisciplinary teams.
You can demonstrate advanced expertise or knowledge in Figma, Sketch, Invision, user-centered design principles, UX research methods, mobile and responsive design, inclusive design and WCAG accessibility standards.
