Job Description

The UI UX Designer will be responsible for crafting intuitive and user centric digital experiences across platforms. This role requires strong proficiency in user experience design principles, hands-on expertise with design tools, and a deep understanding of trading platform workflows and customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for applications including portals, mobile apps, and servicing platforms.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to inform design decisions.
  • Translate insurance business requirements into functional design components and user interfaces.
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and testers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
  • Apply accessibility standards and responsive design principles across devices and platforms.
  • Maintain design systems and reusable components aligned with branding and compliance guidelines.
  • Work with the Product Owner and users on designing the next-gen UIs for an Intra End Of Day Trade Limits and monitoring application.

Key Skills Required

  • Need to be a strong communicator, UI/UX expert, and possess computer-human interface knowledge.
  • Quickly grasp the domain and work with PO to design and wireframe the UI, including a mobile app for trader signoff.

Compensation

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $100,000 to $130,000/annum. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
