Were looking for a Senior Product Designer for our Growth team. Youll be helping solopreneurs and small teams increase their discovery and engagement with key new products, like our AI Notetaker and contact management experience, in a meaningful way. As a key team member, youll be shaping the user experience for millions of users, designing simple and intuitive experiences that improve our users day-to-day work.
We believe that great design starts with talking with our users and that the best solutions come from interdisciplinary collaboration. Youll be part of Calendlys incredible Design team, collaborating with Product Designers, Content Designers, UX Researchers, Product Managers, and Engineers.
A day in the life of a Senior Product Designer on the Growth team at Calendly
This is a hybrid role with an expectation of working in our San Francisco office 2 times per week.
On a typical day, you will:

$206,218.50 — $260,805.75 USD
Tier 2 Salary Hiring Range
$189,033.63 — $239,071.94 USD
Tier 3 Salary Hiring Range
$171,848.75 — $217,338.13 USD
The ranges listed above are the expected annual base salary for this role, subject to change.
Calendly takes a number of factors into consideration when determining an employees starting salary, including relevant experience, relevant skills sets, interview performance, location/metropolitan area, and internal pay equity.
Base salary is just one component of Calendlys total rewards package. All full-time (30 hours/week) employees are also eligible for our Top Performer Bonus program (or Sales incentive), equity awards, and competitive benefits.
Calendly uses the zip code of an employees remote work location, or the onsite building location if hybrid, to determine which metropolitan pay range we use. Current geographic zones are as follows:
