The Senior Consultant, Benefits Product Design (PDD) role focuses on implementing and supporting benefits projects and process improvement initiatives, with a customer-centric, change management, and compliance mindset. This position requires a blend of strategic planning and operational excellence to ensure the delivery of benefits services align with organizational goals and employee needs.
The Senior Consultant will be responsible for data management and enhancement of benefits offerings, working closely with the benefits operation teams. This role demands an interest in process improvement, standardization, and automation.

The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
