UX / UI Designer

Were seeking a talented designer to add to our growing team and help us create exceptional websites and digital products. As a designer on our team youll have the opportunity to continuously learn and grow your skills. We are looking for someone with at least two years of experience that can showcase a strong understanding of UX/UI best practices, typography, layout, and visual design skills. Were excited to work with someone who is passionate about their craft and eager to contribute to our dynamic and collaborative team.

About The Role

Youll be joining a close-knit team of supportive UX/UI Designers and Developers. Youll be given the opportunity to take on challenging, rewarding projects while receiving the coaching and resources you need to continue in your professional development. You will work on an interesting assortment of custom websites, template designs for our products, apps, product design, branding work, and more. You will work across our three divisions: Box Clever, Rally, and Loop, keeping each day interesting as you work on a diverse set of clients and products.

Essentials

• Understanding of the latest in UX and UI best practices
• Portfolio of websites you have designed
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma or Sketch (or the Adobe Suite)
• Familiarity with accessibility best practices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• 2+ years of experience

Bonus Points

• Familiarity with UI animation and microinteractions
• Some proficiency in HTML and CSS
• Graphic design and branding skills
• Experience working within a CMS (WordPress or others)
• Photography skills
