Black Canyon Consulting (BCC) is searching for UX Research Analyst that supports user-centered design and continuous improvement of ClinicalTrials.gov and the Sequence Read Archive (SRA)—two high-impact biomedical data resources maintained by the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI). This role plans and coordinates user research activities, synthesizes qualitative and quantitative findings, and develops a Power BI–based user feedback dashboard to ensure insights from diverse scientific, clinical, and public users inform product decisions and system enhancements.
