Bizzdesign are hiring a

UX Designer

Are you searching for a challenging new position within a dynamic international company? Then look no further because we might have a match! We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to join our Design team at Bizzdesign.

Who are we?

Bizzdesign is a SaaS company with 25 years in the Enterprise Architecture and Strategic Portfolio Management industries, with our HQ in Enschede. Our platform helps large enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies, make better decisions through Enterprise Architecture. We recently acquired Alfabet and MEGA International, expanding our portfolio and enhancing our offerings. With over 600 people from 32 nationalities working across 19 countries, we are growing fast and making an impact.

At Bizzdesign, we pride ourselves on a culture of trust, flexibility, and no-nonsense collaboration. You will join a flat, transparent organization where autonomy is valued, and your voice matters; no layers of red tape, just smart people solving meaningful problems together. We believe in empowering our team with the freedom to work how and where they work best, supported by a strong foundation of mutual respect and accountability. If you are someone who thrives in a high-trust, low-ego environment and values results over hierarchy, you will fit right in.

What impact will you make?

You will ensure that we’re building the right things for the right people, and you will leverage well-established design methods and best practices to navigate through multiple phases of diverging and converging, to land on the most delightful experiences. You will be part of the larger Design team (UXR, UXD, VD), which sits within the Product development division, but your impact will reach beyond “just” product. As part of the product “triad,” you will work closely with multi-disciplinary peers in Product and Tech to translate strategy to implementation.

What will you do?

You have Research and Discovery efforts well embedded in your thinking and ways of working, and ensure your insights inform product decisions.

  • Facilitate workshops and collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering to define strategy and experience-based roadmaps to drive the implementation of innovative solutions.
  • You make sure that opportunities land in the right hands and eventually make their way through all relevant stages of the Discovery and/or Development cycle.
  • Conceptualize concepts and ideas that bring maximum value to our users, striving for optimal usability and accessibility.
  • Apply the right level of fidelity of your work in the different stages of product development to get to valuable outcomes, whether that is a whiteboard sketch, wireframes, storyboards, flows, diagrams, or anything else that helps communicate ideas effectively.
  • Translate opportunities and insights into actionable pieces of work.
  • Consume from and contribute to our (multi-dimensional) Design System.
  • Test and evaluate hypotheses with users to make sure we’re still doing the right things, and course-correct when needed.
  • Present ideas, concepts, and design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporate feedback into your designs where valuable.

Who are you?

You understand that the user is our north star and that user centricity should be well embedded in the product development lifecycle. You focus on discovering real problems and solutions that will have a positive impact on the end user and our business.

We are looking for someone with:

  • You have at least 4 years of work experience as a Designer.
  • You take ownership where needed and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.
  • You pay strong attention to detail, care about the bigger picture, and have a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • You can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions, and will always advocate for the user experience.
  • You are a critical thinker, ask questions by default, and have excellent problem-solving skills.
  • You are fluent in English (verbal and written).

What’s in it for you?

  • A competitive salary package, including an annual bonus
  • Premium pension plan to secure your future
  • 28 vacation days with the option to buy 10 extra for ultimate flexibility
  • Hybrid working with 2 days a week in the office
  • An NS Business Card or mileage reimbursement to support your commute
  • Personal IT budget to upgrade your setup
  • Monthly work-from-home allowance to support your ideal home office setup
  • Supportive, collaborative team culture
  • Work with an international and diverse group of colleagues
  • Your input is valued, regardless of role or tenure
