Bank of America is looking for a Senior Staff Experience Designer that will be responsible for advanced craft delivery for an interdisciplinary product design team that delivers strategic and tactical solutions in support of a large business critical portfolio of work. The role will build cross-functional relationships beyond the immediate team, partnering with peers and stakeholders from across the organization to influence priorities with data and storytelling. This role ensures roadmap projects are delivered with high standards on experience quality, execution, and professionalism, delivering on-time and on-budget, while contributing to a culture of creativity, accountability, discourse, and measurable key results.
