Your profile
- Initial practical experience in product or industrial design (studies, internships or first professional experience)
- Passion for physical products and child-centered design
- Basic knowledge of materials such as wood, plastic or textiles
- First experience with 2D/3D tools (e.g. Adobe CC, Rhino or comparable)
- Structured way of working and eagerness to develop further
- Strong team spirit and openness to feedback
- Good German and/or English language skills

For our design studio in Bamberg, we are looking for a Junior Product Designer who is eager to learn, contribute and gradually take on responsibility. We are a team that takes design seriously: high standards, strong energy, fast decisions and genuine passion for product development shape our daily work.
Your mission
- Contribute to the development of new children’s products — from initial idea to final implementation
- Support the translation of creative concepts into safe, durable and sustainable products
- Create sketches, renderings and simple 3D models to visualize ideas
- Assist with material research and initial construction approaches (wood, plastic, textiles, mixed materials)
- Collaborate closely with our design, engineering and production teams to ensure optimal implementation
- Monitor trends in children’s culture, play behavior, material innovation and product design
- Support the further development and sustainable optimization of existing product lines
