The Role
Were looking for a Product Designer to help shape the core Avoca product experience end-to-end. Youll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to design intuitive, scalable workflows for complex, high-impact use cases.
This is a high-ownership role where youll influence product direction, not just execution. Youll be responsible for turning ambiguity into clarity and shipping experiences that customers rely on in mission-critical moments. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants real product impact.
What Youll Do
- Design end-to-end product experiences across Avocas core platform, from early concepts to polished execution
- Partner closely with Product Managers to define problems, explore solutions, and ship impactful features
- Translate complex workflows and AI-driven systems into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer interviews to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate intent to Engineering
- Collaborate with Engineering to ensure high-quality implementation and iteration post-launch
- Help establish and evolve Avocas design system, patterns, and UX standards
- Balance speed and quality in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
What Youll Bring
- 3–6+ years of experience as a Product Designer on B2B SaaS products
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product thinking and shipped work
- Experience designing complex workflows, dashboards, or enterprise tools
- Strong UX instincts paired with solid visual design skills
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders
- Ability to take ambiguous problems and turn them into clear, usable solutions
- Bonus: Experience with AI-powered products, vertical SaaS, or enterprise platforms
