As Marketing Web Designer/Developer, you will own avoca.ai end-to-end, design and ship every page, landing experience, and campaign site that defines how Avoca shows up on the internet. Reporting directly to our Director of Brand, youll be a hybrid designer-engineer, equally credible in Figma and in code, owning the surface where most of our market meets us for the first time.
You will partner side-by-side with our Creative Director on visual language, our Creative Producer on integrating motion and film, and Product Marketing on launch and campaign work. You will architect the design system and the codebase that lets us ship category-defining web work at the velocity a Series B running into a $1T market demands.

Compensation: The expected base salary for this role is $165,000-$185,000 with final compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications determined during the interview process. Avocas total compensation package includes base salary, bonus, equity, and a comprehensive suite of benefits and perks.
