UX Writing Intern - Product, Design & Marketing

Apple is where people do the best work of their careers. Work that has an impact on individuals and the world. Work that is challenging and fulfilling. Work that doesn’t always feel like work.

The UX Writing Intern Role

The UX Writing arm of our Product, Design & Marketing team works across services and products, including ones that are currently available and ones that are just barely being imagined. We are seeking an intern to join a team of writers that define and elevate the language of our app experiences.

Description

While learning the ropes of our product development practices, the UX Writing Intern will actively contribute to the experiences and systems that make our services the best they can be. We’re looking for an excellent communicator with a passion for problem solving through design and language. Exceptional collaboration skills are key, as UX writers at Apple work closely across teams and functions. Distilling complex ideas into clear, human-centered language that elevates the user experience requires the capacity to work independently while staying close to the work of teammates. During the internship, the scope of work will include hands-on writing, development of styles and standards, and other special projects.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Design, English, Communications, or other relevant field graduating December 2026 or later
  • Curiosity about user behavior and how language influences digital experiences
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Sharp eye for detail and strong organizational skills
