Product Designer

Antai Ventures is a Barcelona-based venture studio with presence across Southern Europe and Latam. We are looking for an AI-native Product Designer to join our Product & Tech team in Barcelona.

This is not a traditional design role. We want someone who is deeply product-minded, highly hands-on, and excited about designing in a world where AI changes how products are conceived, prototyped, and shipped. You should be comfortable not only designing interfaces but also using AI tools, agentic systems, and AI-assisted building workflows to move faster, explore more ideas, and help bring products to life.

What you will do

• Design end-to-end product experiences, from discovery and flows to polished UI and detailed interactions.
• Turn complex user needs, business goals, and data into simple, intuitive, and high-quality product experiences.
• Own the user experience across the full product lifecycle: research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and execution.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, data scientists, growth, sales, and marketing to define and ship new products and features.
• Create clear, implementation-ready designs that engineers can build from with speed and confidence.
• Build and evolve design systems, interaction patterns, and reusable components.
• Prototype fast and often, using both traditional design tools and AI-powered tools to validate ideas early.
• Use AI workflows and agentic systems to improve how you research, generate concepts, test ideas, and accelerate execution.
• Act as the voice of the user while balancing product ambition, technical feasibility, and speed.
• Help the team explore new ways of working at the intersection of design, product, and AI.

What we are looking for

• You have experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showing end-to-end product thinking across multiple projects.
• You are an excellent UX/UI designer but also highly pragmatic and execution-oriented.
• You are AI-native in the way you work: you actively use AI tools to research, think, prototype, write, generate, iterate, and ship faster.
• You are comfortable using or experimenting with agentic systems, AI copilots, automation workflows, and multi-step AI tools as part of your design process.
• You have built prototypes yourself or used AI-assisted coding / low-code / no-code tools to bring ideas to life without always depending on engineering first.
• You enjoy prototyping and testing ideas quickly, and you are excited by the idea of turning concepts into working experiences in days, not weeks.
• You can go from ambiguity to clarity and are comfortable working in fast-moving, early-stage environments.
• You communicate clearly and can influence cross-functional teams with strong reasoning and product judgment.
• You are comfortable with research, user testing, analytics, experimentation, competitor analysis, and defining product metrics.
• You have solid experience with Figma.
• You care deeply about product quality, user empathy, and craft.
• You are fluent in Spanish and English.

Bonus points if

• You have worked on 0→1 products, startups, venture studios, or fast-paced product teams.
• You have built internal tools, growth experiments, or MVPs yourself using AI-assisted workflows.
• You are genuinely excited about how AI is reshaping product design, product development, and company building.
