Major Responsibilities

  • Create the interaction and visual design for websites, apps, online ads and other digital products.
  • Work with the Design Leads and a multidisciplinary design team to deliver strategic solutions.
  • Inform visual design, interaction design, prototype, information architecture or user testing.
  • Collaborate closely with Senior User Experience designers to create sitemaps, workflows, annotated wireframes, concepts, prototypes, sketches, and other design collateral.
  • Take direction from and collaborate with Design Leads, researchers and other team members.
  • Under guidance, use design pattern library to create experience designs for products.

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required

None Required.

Education Required

Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field.

Experience Required

Typically requires 3 years of experience in Digital Design or User Experience Design.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

  • Experienced in one areas of digital design such as Visual Design, Interaction Design, Prototyping, Information Architecture, User Testing etc.
  • Able to communicate and present creative ideas and articulate the rational for the decisions that led to it.
  • Ability to take the lead of a focus area under the Design Lead.
  • Ability to work independently or collaborate with others peers.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or a variety of sitemap, wireframing and prototyping tools.
  • Understanding of current web technologies, trends and digital innovations in healthcare and beyond.
  • Proven expertise in developing creative designs for a variety of audiences and media types.
  • Proven ability to independently organize and prioritize work, to manage multiple projects, meet production standards, and maintain a flexible schedule.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

This position requires travel, therefore, will be exposed to weather and road conditions. Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job. Exposed to a normal office environment. Pay Range

$32.45 - $48.70
