We are seeking an experienced Lead Designer to join Amdocs Studios, where you'll drive innovative design solutions for our clients worldwide. As a Lead Designer, you'll shape user experiences that serve millions of customers while leading a talented design team in creating cutting-edge digital products and services.
What will your job look like?
Product Design
- Create user-centered designs for web and mobile applications serving Amdocs clients.
- Design intuitive interfaces for customer self-service portals, billing systems, and digital marketplaces.
- Utilize design systems and component libraries and encourage the use and governance of such systems.
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and cross-platform compatibility.
- Lead design reviews, discussions, and critiques with client stakeholders.
- Align product design decisions to business and user outcomes.
Research & Strategy
- Lead user research initiatives including usability testing, interviews, and analytics review.
- Present design recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with data teams to measure and optimize design performance.
All you need is...
- 7+ years of professional design experience
- Proven track record designing for consumer and enterprise applications
- Experience with complex B2B and B2C digital products
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in user experience and interface design
