The Amazon FinTech UX Design team is looking for a Senior UX Designer who will lead the Finance Technology vision of building a suite of tightly integrated products that work together to solve complex business needs, across multiple products from Accounting, Tax, Retail, Receivables, and Payables. The Senior UX Designer will have a passion for improving the customer experience and driving high-visibility programs that will impact products used by internal financial teams and millions of external users. The Senior UX Designer will be responsible for owning the development of user experiences that support upstream and downstream financial systems that are strategically created to scale. This role will be partnering with internal and external customers and always strive to work backwards from customer problems and needs. This role will work closely with other UX designers, UX researchers, product managers, and engineers to understand Finance narratives across all of Amazon’s business, worldwide.
As a senior contributor, you'll drive innovation and customer-focused solutions while collaborating with product owners and engineers. You'll work with your design team to create best-in-class experiences and enhance our design framework. In this high-performing environment, you'll develop end-to-end workflows from concept to interactive prototypes, effectively communicating your vision to leadership. The role requires leading by example, building trust, and balancing immediate deliverables while contributing to long-term organizational goals.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
