Amazon are hiring a

Senior UX Design, Amazon Delivery Experience

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join Amazon Air, where you will shape the strategic vision for complex operational systems at the heart of Amazons Air Cargo network. This is not just about designing interfaces. It is about defining how AI technology, aviation regulation, and mission-critical operations come together to transform how air network planners orchestrate logistics at scale. You will take on genuinely ambiguous challenges spanning AI capabilities, digital systems, and operational workflows. Your work will directly influence how planners make critical decisions about aircraft routing, capacity optimization, and real-time adjustments, requiring you to think systemically across AI-assisted decision-making, user experience, complex system integration, regulatory compliance, and the dependencies between air and ground operations.

The impact is real and lasting: your design strategy will unlock new capabilities through AI integration, drive operational excellence across Amazons Air Cargo network, and establish patterns that will shape how Amazon Air grows. You will navigate competing priorities, balancing AI innovation, immediate operational needs alongside long-term vision, and user empowerment alongside system reliability. To thrive here, you are a strategic designer who turns complex, undefined problems into clear, scalable solutions. You will lead AI integration initiatives, align product, engineering, operations, safety, and regulatory teams, and mentor designers across the Under the Roof team. Your work will solve todays challenges and lay the groundwork for how AI and human expertise combine in Air Cargo logistics. Join us in building something that matters, for the users who rely on these systems every day, and for the customers Amazon Air serves.
