The Principal UX Designer will be a key voice in developing an experience strategy and bringing it to life, from architecture to visuals. You will create elegant, intuitive user interfaces that meet unique customer needs by working with research, product, tech, clinical, and operations stakeholders by bringing excellence and a strong point of view to all that you do.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $147,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $244,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
