Help shape new Generative AIUX products for AWS customers

Our team builds Generative AIUX products that transform the way customers design. We are focused on the future of design driven development and democratizing innovation for all builders. We deliver a shared platform across multiple products, and we work on AI-powered tools that use Design Systems to build interfaces, and accelerate design, development, and validation workflows.

Key job responsibilities

  • 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
  • 5+ years of software development experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Basic Qualifications:

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.

Salary Information

  • USA, CA, Santa Clara: 203,500.00 - 275,300.00 USD annually
  • USA, WA, Seattle: 177,000.00 - 239,400.00 USD annually
