Job Description

The User Experience (UX) Research Sr Consultant II will execute a variety of UX research programs ranging from contextual inquiry, in-depth interviews to interface evaluations and usability testing. This position will either work independently on medium complex projects or work within a team on larger projects and contribute to the planning, recruiting, and execute portions of the research, analysis and reporting of the research activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create journey maps, user profiles, user scenarios and research objectives, aligned with project and business goals
  • Perform research to gather end-user requirements independently
  • Create estimates and project plans related to UX research efforts for moderately complex projects
  • Assist in defining and refining UX research processes and promote the importance of such activities to ensure execution
  • Plan and conduct formal user interface design reviews
  • Independently plan, conduct and facilitate iterative evaluations of user-interface designs (usability testing, mock-up interviews, heuristic reviews, qualitative and quantitative measures)

Experience

  • 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities

This job does not have supervisory duties.

Education & Experience (in lieu)

In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 70,500.00 - 124,125.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications. The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
