The Allegion User Experience team is dedicated to designing exceptional digital experiences that support our mission to keep people and places safe. Our UX professionals—across Interaction Design, User Interface Design, and Research—closely collaborate with product managers, engineers, customer support & success teams, and marketers to create software solutions that matter to our customers and our business. As an Interaction Designer (IxD) at Allegion, you’ll work alongside our product, design, and engineering teams to help create user-friendly digital experiences for our security solutions. In this role, you’ll contribute to designing interfaces using our existing design system and occasionally conduct user research to inform and validate your work. We are looking for a motivated Interaction Designer who is eager to grow their skills, contribute to a collaborative team, and help deliver high-quality digital experiences.
This position is preferably based in the Denver metro area, with hybrid work requiring in-person collaboration one to two days per week at our Boulder or Golden, Colorado offices.

This range is provided by Allegion. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. The expected Base Salary Range: $91,700 - $120,100. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
