Sr Product Designer, Spectrum Design System

The opportunity

Adobe Design is seeking a Senior Designer to join the Spectrum Design System, one of the most well-respected design systems in the world. We bridge design and technology, providing Adobe with resources, tools, and services that bring clarity, coherence, and polish to all Adobe products. What youll do

As a key member on the Spectrum design team, your work and voice will have a far-reaching impact. You will:

• Elevate design quality across foundational systems and the big-picture for design across Adobe.
• Inspire visionary thinking by pushing whats possible with Spectrum and stretching the system thoughtfully.
• Embrace the future through collaboration with technical partners to ensure Spectrum works with evolving design tooling, including AI.
• Promote Spectrum by partnering with teams, capturing feedback, and integrating insights into system evolution.
• Uphold accessibility standards and apply inclusive design practices in all work.

What you need to succeed

• High level of craftsmanship within visual and UI design.
• Experience in design systems and a track record of solving creative problem sets.
• Ability to solve complex design challenges across products or platforms.
• Expert level proficiency with Figma and Figma libraries.
• A collaborative and open-minded outlook, and a high degree of comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative and analytical skills to facilitate workshops and communicate insights that inspire design opportunities.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with engineering partners to bring designs to life.
• An experimentation-driven approach to learning and working with new tools, for example Claude Code, Figma connectors, and advanced prototyping.
• Desire for continuous learning—and active participation in an inclusive and empowering environment that encourages all members to do innovative and impactful work.
• Solid understanding of and passion for accessible and inclusive design practices.
