This is a hybrid role for a designer who thinks beyond screens. You’ll design high‑quality digital products and help shape the strategy, insights, and story that guide them. You’ll work closely with strategists, researchers, engineers, and founders in 8–20 week venture cycles, taking concepts from early idea → prototype → tested experience → launchable product. This role is ideal for a product designer who loves digging into user problems, running research, crafting product rationale, shaping direction, and communicating ideas with clarity and impact.
