The work:

  • Work closely with both stakeholder and development teams to: Ideate and design internal and external products that enhance the clients mission while creating intuitive user experiences.
  • Translate design concepts to high fidelity prototypes as quickly and tangibly as possible, with a balanced understanding of technical feasibility and final design intent.
  • Employ human-centered design processes, conduct research where appropriate, and conduct usability testing to validate designs.
  • Consult on content strategy and produce final solutions with high attention to details.
  • Independently manage work within a SAFe structure and serve as UX/UI subject matter expert to clients.
  • On-site 100% of the time at client site in Washington, DC.

Heres what you need:

  • 1+ year of experience delivering interface design solutions for various clients or stakeholders.
  • Experience with Figma, Adobe creative suite and Acrobat Pro
  • Experience with website design for scalable screen sizes and design systems

Bonus points if you have:

  • Knowledge of 508 accessibility guidelines is preferred

Security Clearance:

  • Active Top Secret security clearance

The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:

$77,800 — $153,000 USD
